Common use of Book Examination Clause in Contracts

Book Examination. The Contractor shall, whenever required, produce or cause to be produced for examination by the Dy. General Manager (Region) or any other officer authorized by him in this behalf, any cost or other accounts books, account vouchers, receipts, letters, memoranda or writing, or any copy of, or extract from, any such document, and also furnish information and returns, verified in such manner as may be required, relating to the execution of this Contract. The decision of the Dy. General Manager (Region) on the question of relevancy of any document, information or return shall be final and binding on the Contractor. The Contractor shall produce the required documents, information and returns at such time and place as may be directed by the Dy.
