Common use of Book debts Clause in Contracts

Book debts. Save as disclosed in the Accounts, none of the book debts which are included in the Accounts or which have subsequently arisen have been outstanding for more than six months as at the date of this Agreement and each such debt has realised or will realise in the normal course of collection its full value as included in the Accounts or in the books of the Company after taking into account any provision for such debt made in the relevant Accounts.
