Bone Marrow. Organ Donation. Administrative Leave may be granted for bone marrow or organ donation in accordance with law and regulation.
Bone Marrow. Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 6327, an employee may use up to seven (7) calendar days of paid leave each calendar year to serve as a bone marrow donor. An employee may also use up to thirty (30) calendar days of paid leave each calendar year to serve as an organ donor.
