Common use of Bond Documents Clause in Contracts

Bond Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that the Borrower has caused to be delivered to the Trustee under the FMB Indenture the items described in Section IV Extension Procedures for the Bonds of the Thirty-Fourth Series of the Eleventh Supplemental Indenture.

Bond Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that the Borrower has caused to be delivered to the Trustee under the FMB Indenture the items described in Section IV 401 (Extension Procedures for the Bonds Bond of the Thirty-Fourth Series Second Series) of the Eleventh Seventeenth Supplemental IndentureIndenture with respect to the extension of the maturity date of the Bond of the Thirty-Second Series from June 22, 2028 to June 22, 2029.
