Common use of Bond Agents Clause in Contracts

Bond Agents. Elavon Financial Services Limited, UK Branch will initially act as paying agent (“Paying Agent”) and Transfer Agent with respect to the Securities and Elavon Financial Services Limited will initially act as Registrar with respect to the Securities. Upon notice to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee (the “Trustee”), the Company may change any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent or Registrar. The Company or any Affiliate may act in any such capacity. Subject to certain conditions, the Company may change the Trustee.
