Bobtail Property a Special Warranty Deed substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A-2” and incorporated herein by reference as if set out word for word; (collectively, the “Warranty Deed” and “Special Warranty Deed” shall be referred to as the “Deeds”)
