BMS. “BMS” means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Squibb Company, a Delaware corporation. In all such instances in which BMS is referred to in this Agreement, it shall also be deemed to include a reference to each member of the BMS Group, unless it specifically provides otherwise.
