Bleachers Sample Clauses

Bleachers. PERMITTEE shall be solely responsible for the construction and removal of any bleachers, booths, fencing, tents or structures used during the course of the event.
Bleachers. Cost of the replacement of the lamps installed in field lighting fixtures shall be the responsibility of Licensee.

Bleachers. At the beginning of the spring season and each time that the Park District or its agent moves any bleachers or picnic tables located in the parks, the Park District will inspect each set of bleachers and each picnic table to ensure such bleacher and picnic table is in good working condition.

Ensure that the ground or floor at all wheelchair locations is level, firm, stable, and slip resistant; that wheelchair seating areas are an integral part of the fixed seating plan and are located so as to provide people with physical disabilities a choice of admission prices and lines of sight comparable to those available for members of the general public; that wheelchair seating areas adjoin an accessible route that also serves as a means of egress in case of emergency; and that at least one fixed companion seat is provided next to each wheelchair seating area. Bleachers. In consideration of such contributions by Tenant and other good and valuable consideration contributed by Tenant regarding the Fairgrounds, Landlord hereby agrees to apply such contributions against all amounts owing from Tenant to Landlord pursuant to that certain Funding Agreement For Improvements at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds by and between the Landlord and Tenant recorded on September 5, 2008 in the Commissioners Court Minutes of August 26, 2008 (“Pavillion Loan”). Tenant shall have no further obligations whatsoever pursuant to the Pavillion Loan, and Landlord will, within thirty (30) days following the date hereof, provide additional, written confirmation of the full and complete satisfaction of the Pavillion Loan.
Bleachers. Bleachers to be installed at the Site for patrons attending the Event, shall be inspected by the Bemidji Police Department prior to use for Event activities.
