Common use of Blanket Insurance Policies Clause in Contracts

Blanket Insurance Policies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this section, YMCA's obligation to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by YMCA.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this section, YMCA's ’s obligation to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by YMCA; provided, however, that the coverage afforded City will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided further that the requirements of the foregoing Paragraph (e) of this section are otherwise satisfied.
