BLA. Aviron will file the BLA in its own name and will own all rights thereto. Medeva will submit to Aviron in a timely fashion data and information relating to the Manufacture of the Intermediate Product for inclusion by Aviron in the BLA as requested by Aviron from time to time, and will [ * ] in a [ * ] such data and information once included.
