Binding; transfer. The Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties, their respective successor and permitted transferee and shall be enforceable. The Parties may not transfer any of their rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written approval of other parties; however, Heroic Vision and Kunlun shall be entitled to transfer all or part of their respective rights and obligations hereunder to any of their respective affiliates without the prior consent of other parties.
