Common use of Binding; transfer Clause in Contracts

Binding; transfer. Neither party shall transfer any of its rights and/or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of other parties; however, the Investors shall have the right to transfer its rights, interests and obligations under this Agreement to its related parties without the consent of other parties. This Agreement shall be binding on and beneficial to the successors, inheritors, executors, administrators, and assignees of the parties to this Agreement.
