Common use of Binding Instrument Clause in Contracts

Binding Instrument. Upon signature by both Parties hereto, this Letter Agreement shall be legally binding upon the Parties; provided, however, that to the extent the terms of the Current Related Agreements or the Future Related Agreements (once executed) contemplated herein are supplemental to, are inconsistent with, or otherwise conflict with the terms of this Letter Agreement, the terms of the Current Related Agreements and/or Future Related Agreements (as the case may be) shall govern.
