Binding Instrument. Upon signature by both Parties hereto, this Letter Agreement shall be legally binding upon the Parties; provided, however, that to the extent the terms of the Current Related Agreements or the Future Related Agreements (once executed) contemplated herein are supplemental to, are inconsistent with, or otherwise conflict with the terms of this Letter Agreement, the terms of the Current Related Agreements and/or Future Related Agreements (as the case may be) shall govern.
Binding Instrument. This instrument shall be binding on the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. Nothing in this instrument, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any person other than the foregoing, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this instrument, except as expressly provided herein.
Binding Instrument. This IP Assignment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
