Common use of Binding Effect; Severability Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Severability. The covenants and agreements herein contained are binding on the parties hereto and upon their respective successors, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. If any of the provisions of this Lease are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Lease shall continue to be effective.
