Binding Effect; Modification. This Agreement is binding upon the parties to this Agreement and their respective executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs, permitted assigns and successors in interest. No amendment, change, or modification of this Agreement shall be binding on any party unless executed in writing by you and us.
