Binding Effect; Modification. This Agreement is binding upon the Company and Participant and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns. The Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.

Donation/Volunteer You are also welcome to donate created works to KickstART Farmington for us to sell in the gift shop and for KickstART to retain 100% percent of the commissions.
