Common use of Binding Effect; Benefit Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Benefit. Subject to Section 7.7, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any Person other than the parties hereto and their Affiliates or their respective permitted successors and assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.
