Binding Effect, Assignment and Entire Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto. Debtor shall not assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Secured Party. This Agreement, the Note, the other Loan Documents and any other documents executed and delivered pursuant hereto, constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
