Common use of Binding Effect, Assignment and Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect, Assignment and Entire Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto, may be assigned by a party only with the written consent of the other party. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter addressed herein, and may be amended only by a writing signed by the parties hereto.
