Binding Agreement; Severability. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each party hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall be enforceable to the greatest extent possible.
