The Binding Agreement Date in this Agreement shall be the date when the party is making the last offer, or the Broker (except in a designated agency transaction) or affiliated licensee of Broker representing that party as a client, receives notice that the offer has been accepted. This party (or the Broker or affiliated licensee representing this party as a client) shall fill in the Binding Agreement Date below and promptly give notice of this date to the other party.
