Billing Determinants. a. The Signatories agree that the billing determinants set forth in Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein by reference, shall be used to set the rates implemented from this case. b. The Signatories agree that the level of cumulative kWh to be rebased in the MEEIA Cycle 2 and MEEIA Cycle 3 TD mechanisms are set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
