Billing Determinants. The billing determinants to be used for establishing customer rates are included as Attachments A (water) and B (sewer) to this Stipulation.
Billing Determinants. Demand charge: Each month's demand charge is one-twelfth of the total demand allocation. Commodity charge: the actual quantity gathered under this Agreement during the prior calendar year.
Billing Determinants a. The Signatories agree that the billing determinants set forth in Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein by reference, shall be used to set the rates implemented from this case.
b. The Signatories agree that the level of cumulative kWh to be rebased in the MEEIA Cycle 2 and MEEIA Cycle 3 TD mechanisms are set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Billing Determinants. The billing determinants for the payments to Cogenerator shall be:
(a) total net energy (in kwh) generated by the Plant and delivered to Company each month, less Excess Energy generated by the Plant and delivered to the Company each month, as metered on the Company side of the Cogenerator Substation (billing kwh), except as otherwise provided in Section 7.08 (b)(ii) with respect to WACOG kwh.

(c) total Excess Energy (in kwh) generated by the Plant and delivered to Company during each hour and totalled for each month (Excess Energy kwh) Section 7.07 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows:
