Billing Charges. 1. The charges for Local Interconnection are to be billed monthly and payment for services provided is due on or before the next bill date. 2. Charges for terminating traffic will be the actual conversation minutes of use (MOUs) measured from receipt of answer supervision to receipt of disconnect supervision, with such time accumulated at the end of the billing period and rounded up to the next whole minute as defined in Section III.A.2 of this Agreement. 3. Billing disputes shall be handled pursuant to the terms of this section. a. Each Party agrees to notify the other Party in writing upon the discovery of a billing dispute.
