Mobile allowance. The Contractor will be entitled to receive 250 NIS per month for cell phone expenses against issuance of a valid tax invoice by the Contractor at the end of each month.
Mobile allowance. (a) The Mobile Services may include, as described in the Critical Information Summary or Application, a certain allowance of the Mobile Services (including data usage and call allowances) you can use in a particular billing month (Mobile Allowance). (b) The use of your Mobile Allowance is calculated based on the eligible calls or other uses of the Mobile Services made by you during any billing period and, unless specified in the Critical Information Summary: (i) any unused call allowance which forms part of the Mobile Allowance expires at the end of the relevant monthly billing period and does not rollover to the following month; and (ii) any unused data allowance which forms part of the Mobile Allowance rolls over to the next billing cycle and is added to the Mobile Allowance for the subsequent billing cycle. (c) You acknowledge and agree that we may charge you additional Fees for any usage of the Mobile Services which is in excess of the Mobile Allowance at the rates set out in the Critical Information Summary, your Application or on the Website. (d) When calculating your use of the Mobile Allowance, we can only factor in uses of the Mobile Services which are captured by our systems. Certain Mobile Services, such as international calls, may take longer than usual to be captured by our system, so may not appear be applied to the Mobile Allowance in the month in which the call took place.
