Bill Pay Services. When you apply for the online bill payment service (“Online Bill Pay”) you designate your checking account as the account from which payments that you authorize will be deducted. Each separate payee may be set up to deduct payment from any checking account on which you are an owner. You will be given the ability to set up merchants, institutions or individuals that you would like to pay. You are not permitted to designate governmental agencies or courts.
