Common use of Bilateral relations Clause in Contracts

Bilateral relations. The programme shall contribute to strengthening bilateral relations between Slovenia and the Donor States. The programme shall as appropriate facilitate donor partnership projects by carrying out, inter alia, match-making events and activities in conjunction with launching calls for proposal, as well as by encouraging donor partnership projects in call texts. In accordance with Guideline for Educational Programmes and Article 4.4 of the Regulation, a Cooperation Commitee shall be established. XXXX shall be invited to attend the Cooperation Committee as a full member. XXXX will coordinate AIBA’s opinions and express them in the Cooperation Committee. The further use of the funds for bilateral relations allocated to the programme shall be agreed in the Cooperation Committee.
