Common use of Biennial Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Biennial Evaluation. All teachers who received a rating of “accomplished” on the teacher’s most recent evaluation conducted under this policy will have the subsequent evaluation on a biennial basis instead of an annual basis. The biennial evaluation shall be completed by the first day of May of the applicable school year, and the teacher shall receive a written report of the results of the evaluation by the tenth of May of that school year.
