Biennial Evaluation Clause Samples
Biennial Evaluation. All teachers who received a rating of “accomplished” on the teacher’s most recent evaluation conducted under this policy will have the subsequent evaluation on a biennial basis instead of an annual basis. The biennial evaluation shall be completed by the first day of May of the applicable school year, and the teacher shall receive a written report of the results of the evaluation by the tenth of May of that school year.
Biennial Evaluation. If the watershed chooses a biennial work plan, a biennial evaluation must be described to evaluate the previous years’ work and support the work plan. It is recommended this baseline evaluation ties to the requirement for measurability in the targeted implementation schedule and that a method for tracking implementation consistently across the watershed be described.
