Annual Accounting The Custodian shall, at least annually, provide the Depositor or Beneficiary (in the case of death) with an accounting of such Depositor's account. Such accounting shall be deemed to be accepted by the Depositor or the Beneficiary, if the Depositor or Beneficiary does not object in writing within 60 days after the mailing of such accounting statement.

For the purpose of this section, continuous recent experience as a registered nurse shall be defined as clinical nursing experience in an accredited hospital or skilled nursing facility (including temporary employment with an employer) without a break in nursing experience that would reduce the level of nursing skills in the opinion of the Employer.
Management and Financial Controls At all times, the School shall maintain appropriate governance and management procedures and financial controls which shall include, but not be limited to: (a) budgets, (b) accounting policies and procedures, (c) payroll procedures,
Fiscal Year; Accounting The Company's fiscal year shall be the calendar year with an ending month of December.
Final Accounting Upon the dissolution of the Company, a proper accounting shall be made from the date of the last previous accounting to the date of dissolution.
