BGT Proprietary Technologies and Services. BGT is the sole developer and operator of the Application and the Site, who owns undivided rights, titles and interests in relation to the BGT Content and proprietary technologies, including our software (in source and object forms), algorithms, user interface designs, architecture, and documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, know-how, trade secrets, and any modifications, improvements, and derivative work thereof (the "Technology"). When you register an account with us and accept these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use the Technology and BGT Content without the right to sublicense. You may only use the Technology and BGT Content in a manner that is consistent with these Terms of use, and you shall not interfere with, disrupt, or cause damage to any other users, produce any derivative work based on the Technology and BGT Content, nor shall you translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Technology and BGT Content. A variety of Services available on our Platform are provided either by BGT and/or its affiliated company(ies) ("BG Group") or third-party service providers ("Service Providers"). Please see section 1.8 – "Third-Party Services" for more information. You understand and agree that we may also adjust, cut-off, expand, or introduce new services in the future with or without specific notice to you ("Prospective Services"). You further agree and understand that we may modify part of or all the terms and conditions herein without specific notice to you.
