(j) Explicit sexual acts, including depictions of sexual intercourse, oral copulation, anal intercourse, oral-anal copulation, masturbation or lewd exhibition of the genitals, whether any of the above conduct is depicted or described as being performed among or between members of the same or opposite sex or between humans and animals, or other acts involving any physical contact with a person or animals’ genitals, pubic region, pubic hair, perineum, anus, or anal region. (k) Any display specifically prohibited by law or order of any court of competent jurisdiction. (l) Any Advertising prohibited by the City Manager of Berkeley.
