Benevolent. Members of this bargaining unit shall be eligible to participate in the Benevolent Fund under the terms and conditions established by Article 47 of the other Bargaining Unit Agreement, as may be amended from time to time. After the ratification of this Agreement, the Benevolent Fund shall provide a supplemental open enrollment period for all current employees. The terms and conditions for this supplementary open enrollment period shall be determined by the Benevolent Fund.
