Benefits Payable Upon Termination. (i) Within thirty (30) days following the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to any manner described in Section 4.1 hereof, the Company shall pay to Executive: (a) any Annual Base Salary earned, but unpaid, for services rendered to the Company on or prior to the date of termination, (b) any unreimbursed expenses reimbursable to Executive pursuant to Section 3.4 hereof for expenses incurred on or prior to the date of termination, and (c) any accrued and unpaid PTO pursuant to Section 3.5 hereof.
