Common use of Benefits Payable Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Benefits Payable Upon Termination. i. Following the end of the Employment Period for any reason, the Company shall pay to Executive (or, in the event of his death, his surviving spouse, if any, or his estate): (A) any Base Salary earned, but unpaid, for services rendered to the Company on or prior to the date on which the Employment Period ended, and (B) amounts which are vested or which Executive is otherwise entitled to receive under the terms of or in accordance with any plan, policy, practice or program of, or any contract or agreement with, the Company at or subsequent to the date the Employment Period ends without regard to the performance by Executive of further services or the resolution of a contingency.
