Benefits Package. Company shall provide the following benefits to Executive, which are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the Board:
Benefits Package. In addition to the Base Salary, during the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive such employee benefits and holidays as may be in effect from time to time as are afforded to other executives of the Company.
Benefits Package. Employee shall be entitled to an appropriate employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vacation, sick leave and other applicable benefits, that it is no less favorable to Employee than the benefits package provided to Employee as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Benefits Package. Company has adopted and maintains for its employees generally an employee health and welfare benefit and retirement plan. Subject to Company’s continued maintenance of such plans and satisfaction of applicable participation requirements, Employee shall be entitled to participate in the following such plans and such other plans as the right to participate may be extended, from time to time, to other members of Company’s senior management team: 401(k) Plan and medical, life, disability and dental insurance.
Benefits Package. Statutory holiday pay entitlement for Casual Employees shall be determined on the basis of immediately prior to the given Statutory holiday. Casual Employees shall be entitled to vacation pay in accordance with Article 26 but not vacation time off work.
Benefits Package. During the Employment Term, Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company's corporate, medical and disability insurance plans, at such time as Employee shall have fulfilled the eligibility requirements for participation therein. Employee shall be entitled to all other fringe benefits generally provided for salaried employees of the Company as provided under such fringe benefit programs.
Benefits Package. MinnesotaCare Children and Pregnant Women, and MA One Year Olds. The benefit offered to MinnesotaCare Children, MinnesotaCare Pregnant Women, and MA One Year Olds is identical to the benefit offered to categorically eligible individuals under Minnesota’s Medicaid State Plan, including all services that meet the definition of Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) found in section 1905(r) of the Act.

Vision Care Newly hired permanent employees shall become members of the Plan on the first of the month following a thirty (30) day waiting period.
Benefits Package. (Details of the benefit plans as referred to in Paragraph (a) are contained in brochures provided by the Employer). i) Medical Services Plan of British Columbia ii) Extended Health Care with Eye Glass Option #2 maximum coverage available, plus $100 for eyeglasses from LDCU for a maximum combined coverage of $300 each year for vision coverage. iii) Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance iv) Group Life v) Dental Care Option III vi) Salary Insurance: The amount of benefit is equal to sixty-six and two thirds (66 2/3rds) of the employee’s regular salary as reported to Central 1. The benefit commences after the first two (2) weeks of disability, and upon approval of the claim through the insurance carrier.
