Employment Terms and Conditions. ServiceSource hereby employs Employee, and Employee hereby accepts employment with ServiceSource upon all of the terms and conditions described in this amended and restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), which replaces and supersedes in its entirety the employment agreement previously entered into by and between Employee and the Company (the “Original Agreement”).
