Benefits in the Event of Death. In the event of Executive's death prior to the payment of all benefits due under this Article II, Executive's estate shall be entitled to receive as due any amounts not yet paid under this Article II upon the tender by the executor or administrator of the estate of an effective Waiver and Release.
