Benefits Continue. A) Employees with one (1) or more years of service who are laid-off shall accrue benefits for one hundred and forty-four (144) working hours, and shall have their benefits maintained for the balance of a one (1) year period of time. B) Employees with less than one (1) year of service but more than 3 months of service who are laid-off shall not accrue benefits for one hundred and forty-four (144) working hours but shall have their benefits maintained for a one (1) year period of time.
