Benefits and Obligations. 2.1 Benefits as an Exasol Partner
Benefits and Obligations. All provisions of this Agreement ------------------------ shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by and against the parties hereto, their permitted successors and permitted assigns.
Benefits and Obligations. Subject to the provisions of Section 9.2 above, the covenants and agreements herein contained shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, successors, and assigns.

Any persons succeeding to the interest of a Partner shall succeed to all of such Partner's rights, interests and obligations hereunder, subject to and with the benefit of all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the restrictive conditions contained herein.
Benefits and Obligations. Subject to the provisions of Articles XIV and XV hereof, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the undersigned Members and their respect heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns. Any Person succeeding to the interest of a Member shall succeed to all of such Member’s rights, interests and obligations hereunder subject to and with the benefit of all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This agreement shall be binding upon, shall inure to the benefit of the Bank and its successors or assigns, and, as provided for herein, PSB, and shall be enforceable by the Bank and its respective successors and assigns, and Xx. Xxxxx, his heirs, assigns, or legal representatives; provided, however, that the obligations of Xx. Xxxxx contained herein may not be delegated or assigned.
Benefits and Obligations. 1. Save for the benefits of this Agreement which are personal to the Independent Epicure Consultant, this Agreement is binding on the heirs and successors in interest of the Independent Epicure Consultant.
