Benefit Time. Executive shall be entitled to six weeks' benefit time each year, during which time his compensation shall be paid in full. Unless otherwise directed by the Committee, Executive shall have the discretion to take benefit time on the dates he determines to be appropriate and not detrimental to the Company.
