Benefit of other insurances. If the Tenant shall become entitled to the benefit of any insurance covering any part of the Premises which is not effected or maintained in pursuance of the obligations contained in this Lease, the Tenant shall apply any money received from such insurance (in so far as it extends) in making good the loss or damage in respect of which it shall have been received.
