Benefit of Article IX. The provisions of this Article are intended solely for the benefit of Lender Parties, and no Restricted Person shall be entitled to rely on any such provision or assert any such provision in a claim or defense against any Lender (other than in relation to the reference to Section 6.16 contained in Section 9.6 or the right to reasonably approve a successor Administrative Agent under Section 9.9).
