Benefit Equalization Plans. If you are a participant in either/both of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Company Benefit Equalization Plan—Retirement Savings Plan or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Company Benefit Equalization Plan—Retirement Plan, any benefits to which you are entitled under those plans will be paid to you in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
