Benefit Claims. No person has asserted any claim under which the Company has any liability under any Benefit Plan maintained by the Company or to which the Company is a party, or under any worker’s compensation or similar Law, which is not fully covered by insurance maintained with unaffiliated, financially sound, reputable insurers or, if not insured, for which an adequate reserve is not reflected on the Financial Statements.
