Common use of Beneficiaries of Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Beneficiaries of Indemnification. The obligations of the Company under this Section 3.05 shall be in addition to any liability that it may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms end conditions, to each officer, director and partner of each Holder requesting or joining in a Registration and each agent and underwriter of the Registrable Shares and each person, if any, who controls such Holder or any such agent or underwriter within the meaning of the Securities Act; and the obligations of such Holder and any agents or underwriters contemplated by this Section 3.05 shall be in addition to any liability that such Holder or its respective agent or underwriter may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each officer and director of the Company (including any person who, with his consent, is named in any registration statement as about to become a director of the Company) and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Securities Act.

Beneficiaries of Indemnification. The obligations of the Company under this Section 3.05 4.6 shall be in addition to any liability that it may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms end and conditions, to each officer, director and partner of each Holder requesting or joining in a Registration Parent and the Shareholder and each agent and underwriter of the Registrable Shares and each person, if any, who controls such Holder Parent and the Shareholder or any such agent or underwriter within the meaning of the Securities Act; and the obligations of such Holder Parent, the Shareholder and any agents or underwriters contemplated by this Section 3.05 4.6, shall be in addition to any liability that such Holder Parent, the Shareholder or its their respective agent or underwriter may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each officer and director of the Company (including any person who, with his consent, is named in any registration statement as about to become a director of the Company) and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Securities Act.

The obligations of the Company under this Section 3.05 2.07 shall be in addition to any liability that it may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms end and conditions, to each officer, director and partner of each the Holder requesting or joining in a Registration and each agent and underwriter of the Registrable Shares Securities and each person, if any, who controls such the Holder or any such agent or underwriter within the meaning of the Securities Act; and the obligations of such the Holder and any agents or underwriters contemplated by this Section 3.05 2.07 shall be in addition to any liability that such the Holder or its respective agent or underwriter may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each officer and director of the Company (including any person who, with his consent, is named in any registration statement Registration Statement as about to become a director of the Company) and to each person, if any, who controls the Company within the meaning of the Securities Act.
