Beneficial Changes. To the extent that any Subsequent Rules would benefit LANDOWNER and LANDOWNER desires that the Land Use and Development Regulations as amended should be applicable to Subsequent Approvals, LANDOWNER shall notify CITY in Amended and Restated Railyards Development Agreement Revision Date: 10-21-2016 writing of its desire to be subject to the amended Land Use and Development Regulations, and the Parties shall mutually agree to amend this Agreement in accordance with the provisions for Minor Changes in Section 2.4.2.
