Behavioral Reassignment Seats Clause Samples

The Behavioral Reassignment Seats clause establishes the right for an organization to reassign an individual's seating or workspace based on behavioral considerations. In practice, this means that if an employee's conduct disrupts others or violates workplace norms, management can move them to a different seat or area to address the issue. This clause helps maintain a productive and harmonious work environment by providing a clear mechanism for addressing disruptive behavior without resorting to more severe disciplinary actions.
