Behavior Modification/Aggression Sample Clauses

The Behavior Modification/Aggression clause sets out the expectations and procedures for addressing behavioral issues or aggression in a subject, such as a pet or individual, under the agreement. Behavior Modification/Aggression. (a) Inmates at PIMS Level II or higher who have an identified aggression management need will be enrolled in a workbook program conducted by an ASAT ORC/ORC. Program workbooks will be provided at no cost to the inmate. (b) The program will assist inmates in identifying personal behaviors that may have led to acts of aggression and/or violence. (c) The program length will be approximately 180 days (six months) in duration. During this time, the inmate will be seen by the ASAT ORC or ORC cell-side a minimum of twice per week in order to provide direct cell-side instruction, give assignments, correct all inmate work, provide feedback, and review the inmate’s status within the program. (d) Inmates who participate in cell-side ART in CPP for the full program length of 180 days shall receive full credit for completing two out of six ART modules, shall not be required to retake those two modules upon enrollment in ART in general population, and shall be considered for expedited placement into general population ART upon release from SHU. Participation in cell-side ART programming shall be duly considered by the Time Allowance Committee.

  • Integration; Modification This Construction Services Agreement represents the entire understanding of District and Contractor as to those matters contained herein, and supersedes and cancels any prior oral or written understanding, promises or representations with respect to those matters covered herein, and it shall not be amended, altered or changed except by a written agreement signed by the parties hereto.

  • Cost Modifications The parties may agree to a reduction in the cost of the Contract at any time during which the Contract is in effect. Without intending to impose a limitation on the nature of the reduction, the reduction may be to hourly, staffing or unit costs, the total cost of the Contract or the reduction may take such other form as the State deems to be necessary or appropriate.

  • Modification for Catastrophe In event of Catastrophic Damage, Forest Service, in consultation with Purchaser, shall outline on Sale Area Map: (a) Any areas of catastrophe-affected live and dead timber meeting Utilization Standards and having undesignated timber so situated that it should be logged with the designated timber; (b) If needed, any such areas where the damaged undesignated timber can reasonably be logged separately; and (c) Areas of affected or unaffected timber that are to be eliminated from Sale Area. Forest Service shall locate and post the boundaries of all such areas, as needed. After Sale Area Map has been outlined under this Subsection, Forest Service may propose contract modification to permit the harvest of catastrophe-affected timber. If Purchaser accepts Forest Service proposed modifications, this contract shall be modified to include rates redetermined under B3.32 and other related revisions as necessary, such as revision of Operating Schedule to ensure prompt removal of affected timber when necessary to avoid further loss and provision for additional contract time, if needed.

  • Agreement Modification 15.1 Any agreement to change the terms of this Agreement in any way shall be valid only if the change is made in writing and approved by mutual agreement of authorized representatives of the parties hereto.

  • Agreement Modifications No waiver, alteration or modification of any of the provisions of this Construction Services Agreement shall be binding upon either District or Contractor unless the same shall be in writing and signed by both District and Contractor.
